*We roast-to-order every Mondays and Fridays. Orders will typically be sent out the following day. Orders cut off time is 9.30am on roast days.
Our staff will pick a blend/single origin of the week depending on the profile selected.
Profiles Available:
1. Easy-going: Medium-light to medium roast profiles
Typically more chocolaty, nutty, fuller body with a hint of fruit
2. Vibrant: Light to medium - light roast profiles
Typically more fruit forward with hints of floral with higher acidity and more original flavors from origin.
