Balanced and rich, 100% Pure
A naturally smoky flavour with distinct notes of cocoa. The sweetness of the stems combined with the smokiness of the leaves result in a well-rounded flavour that delights with each sip.
 
[Hot]
Whisk (1 teaspoon) Hojicha powder to (60ml) of 80°C room temperature water and (1 teaspoon) maple syrup / brown sugar syrup, using a bamboo whisk, handheld frother, or spoon. (Sugar concotion based on your preference.)

Steam and froth 180ml whole milk or oat milk. Pour it into your mug. Stir well and you're done!


[Cold]
Add handful of ices into a glass and 180ml of cold milk. 

Whisk (2 teaspoon) Hojicha powder, 60ml room temperature water and (1 tablespoon) maple syrup or brown sugar syrup until fully dissolved. (Sugar concotion based on your preference.)

Gently pour your Hojicha-mix directly onto one of the ice cubes to create the layered effect.

[Sweet syrup - brown sugar : hot water = 1:1 ratio]
